| Draft Facilities-Use Agreement with Yuba County Water District | ||||
| Review and possible approval of the latest draft outline of a proposed agreement with Yuba County Water District for the cooperative use of the diversion and conveyance facilities of the South Feather Power Project to deliver quantities of water to YCWD that might be available after expiration of the existing agreement in 2010. | ||||
| Amendment of 2005 Water Division Budget | ||||
| Possible action to revise the 2005 Water Division Budget by reducing appropriations for account numbers 53260.0 (treatment plant materials and maintenance) and 56201.0 (outside services), and increasing 55113.0 (meter repair and maintenance) to fund replacement of the old automated meter-read system (no net increase in budget). | ||||
| Amendment of Rules and Regulations | ||||
| Possible action to increase the Radio-Read Meter-Set Fee in Part D of the Rules and Regulations from $185 to $240. | ||||
