      Water Division expenditures for May 2005: $323,772
      Power Division expenditures for May 2005: $293,935
E.   Public Participation:
      Individuals will be given an opportunity to address the Board regarding matters within the Agency's jurisdiction that are not scheduled on the agenda, although the Board cannot take action on any matter not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker. Opportunity for public comment on agenda items will be provided at the time they are discussed by the Board. Comments will be limited to 5 minutes per agenda item.

      Directors may make brief announcements or reports for the purpose of providing information to the public or staff, or to schedule a matter for a future meeting. The Board cannot take action on any matter not on the agenda and will refrain from entering into discussion that would constitute action, direction or policy, until such time as the matter is placed on the agenda of a properly publicized and convened Board meeting.

      CEQA Consultant Selection - Petitions for Extension of Water Rights Permits
        Possible action to approve and authorize the publication of a Request for Qualifications for the Provision of CEQA Consultant Services for South Feather Water and Power Agency's and Yuba County Water District's Petitions for Extension of Water Rights Permits to the California Water Resources Control Board.
      Forbestown Ditch Annexations Postponement
        Possible action to continuing postponement of annexation requests for Forbestown Ditch service until the Board of Directors has established a strategic plan for implementing the provisions of the recently approved agreement with Yuba County Water District
      Appointment of Treasurer
        Possible action to appoint Finance Division Manager Jennifer Jellison as Treasurer of South Feather Water and Power Agency.
      Termination of Agreement - Optimal Water, Inc.
        Possible action to authorize termination of the Professional Services Agreement between South Feather Water and Power Agency and Optimal Water, Inc. for marketing the Agency's conserved water.
