		1.	Presentation of Draft License Application by consultants Jim Lynch (DTA) and Scott Wilcox (Stillwater Sciences, Inc.)
		2.	Possible action to authorize DTA to distribute on July 27, 2006 a hardcopy of the draft license application (DLA) for a South Feather Power Project new license to resource agencies and tribes, and to make the DLA available to other interested parties on the relicensing website.
