			Individuals will be given an opportunity to address the Board regarding matters within the Agency's jurisdiction that are not scheduled on the agenda, although the Board cannot take action on any matter not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker. Opportunity for public comment on agenda items will be provided at the time they are discussed by the Board. 		Ä	Approval of FERC License Application
			l	Approval of the draft FERC-license application for the South Feather Power Project and authorization for the application to be filed with FERC in March 2007.
		Ä	Amendment of Hydropower Generation Employees Unit MOU
			l	Possible action to amend Article 16.8 and to add Article 16.9 to the Memorandum of Understanding with IBEW Local 1245 for the Hydropower Generation Employees Unit, in conclusion of negotiations for 2007.
		Ä	Board Meeting Schedule Change
			l	Possible action to cancel the regular Board meeting in December 2007 and to call a special Board meeting for December 18, 2007 for the purpose of conducting Agency business.
		Ä	Temporary Service Agreement - Mooretown Rancheria
			l	Possible action to authorize the General Manager to execute the Temporary Domestic Water Service Agreement with the Mooretown Rancheria of Maidu Indians of California for its residential housing Project No. MR0450.
