			Individuals will be given an opportunity to address the Board regarding matters within the Agency's jurisdiction that are not scheduled on the agenda, although the Board cannot take action on any matter not on the agenda. 		Ä	Independent Auditor's Report
			l	Presentation by Mann, Urrutia, Nelson CPAs and Associates of its audit report for the year ended December 31, 2006, and review and possible acceptance by the Board of the audit report.
		Ä	Addition to Employee 457 and 401(a) Retirement Plans
			l	Possible action to approve the request of A.G. Edward & Sons' Oroville office to add the Lincoln American Legacy Retirement 457 and 401(a) plans as companion plans to Agency employees' existing plan choices.
		Ä	Amendment of Rules and Regulations (Part A, Section 3B, Project Approval)
			l	Possible action to approve a proposed amendment of Part A, Section 3B of the Rules and Regulations, explaining the purpose for review of private development plans and inspection of construction by Agency personnel.
		Ä	Easement Abandonment - APN 069-520-033, 034, 036
			l	Possible action to adopt Resolution No. 07-5-1 to quitclaim the Agency's rights, title, and interests in that right of way and easement conveyed to OWID by Katherine Agnes Osborne in 1961 affecting the subject parcels.
