		Ä	Highlands Place Planned Unit Development - Conveyance Agreement
			l	Approval of the Conveyance Agreement with Perry Abadir to accept the Highlands Place PUD water system into the Agency's maintained system upon satisfactory completion.
		Ä	Palermo Road Annexation #3-07 - Leonard & Leanne McGaha
			l	Adoption of Resolution 07-8-1, approving the annexation of APN 027-080-007 & 014, making application to LAFCo, and certifying the project as being exempt from CEQA.
