			l	Action to approve a communication lease agreement with DigitalPath, Inc, for the Agency's Sunset Hill site.
		Ä	Disposal of Surplus Power Division Equipment
			l	Action to declare as surplus miscellaneous Power Division tools, equipment, and vehicles and authorize their disposal.
		Ä	Disposal of Surplus Water Division Equipment
			l	Action to declare as surplus miscellaneous Water Division tools, equipment, and vehicles and authorize their disposal.
		Ä	Easement Abandonment - APN 068-090-013 (Daldal)
			l	Action to adopt Resolution 07-9-1 to quitclaim Agency easements on property owned by Dogan and Juanelle Daldal.
		Ä	BCSDA Executive Board Nominations
			l	Action to nominate an SFWPA director for election to the Butte County Special District's Executive Board.
