		Ä	Consultant Services Agreement - FERC Part 12 Report
			l	Action to approve agreement with W.D. Edwards Consulting and Geomatrix Consultants to complete the 2007/2008 Independent Consultant's Dam Safety Inspections for Little Grass Valley, Sly Creek, and Lost Creek dams.
		Ä	Conveyance Agreement - Hillview Ridge Apartments
			l	Action to approve the Conveyance Agreement with Pacific West Communities, Inc., specifying the terms and conditions by which the Agency will accept the completed water distribution facilities within Gilmore Lane for the Hillview Ridge Apartments.
		Ä	Closed Session. Conference with Labor Negotiator
			l	Government Code §54957.6. Agency designated representatives: Michael Glaze, Steven Wong, and Jeffrey Meith.
