			l	Action to accept the proposal from Dempsey, Fillinger & Associates to provide actuarial services in accordance with Government Accounting Standards Board's Statement 45.
		Ä	Surplus and Replacement of Vehicles
			l	Action to surplus and sell two 1996 Ranger pickups, and to purchase a new Ranger pickup from Oroville Ford for $14,963.74.
		Ä	CalPERS 457 Deferred Compensation Plan
			l	Adoption of Resolution 08-9-1, authorizing adoption of the CalPERS Deferred Compensation Plan for the benefit of employees of South Feather Water and Power Agency.
		Ä	Easement Abandonment - APN 068-150-028 & 068-160-007 (Martin)
			l	Adoption of Resolution 08-9-2 to quitclaim Agency facilities and easement on property owned by Jeanna lacono Martin.
		Ä	Facilities Maintenance Worker - Addition of Position
			l	Action to approve job description, add position to the Water Treatment and Distribution Employees Unit, and appropriate funds to fill the position.
