			l	President Cecchi will announce standing committee assignments for 2009.

			l	Approval of the classification specification (job description) for the new Management and Professional Employee Unit position, Regulatory Compliance Manager.
		Ä	Amendment of Rules & Regulations
			l	Elimination of monthly standby charge and backflow maintenance fee for inactive domestic water accounts.
		Ä	Closed Session. Conference Real Property Negotiator.
