Action to amend General Policy #120, "Conflict of Interest Code," to delete and add positions within the Agency required to comply with the conflict-of-interest provisions of the State Political Reform Act.
    Ä Dam-Crest Raise Projects Cost-Sharing Agreements - P.G.&E.

Action to approve cost-sharing agreements with P.G.&E. for the spillway and dam-crest modifications at Sly Creek and Lost Creek dams required by FERC and DSOD to safely pass new estimated probable-maximum-flood flows.
