		Ä	Supplemental Appropriation/Budget Modification - Phone System
			l	Action to approve an amendment to the 2010 budget, increasing the capital budget by $45,000 for a total of $80,000 appropriation to purchase a phone system that will meet the terms of the 2010 PG&E Power Purchase Agreement.
		Ä	Amendment of Policy #580 - Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance Program
			l	Action to amend the Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance Program policy, and others, to exclude their application to contract employees.
		Ä	Closed Session. Conference with Labor Negotiator
