Important Billing Update – Effective November 2025

In an effort to better serve our customers, beginning November 2025, ALL South Feather Water bills will be generated on the fourth Wednesday of each month. This change means each billing cycle will now be billed and due around the same time every month, providing greater consistency and predictability. Some customers will not notice any change, while others may begin receiving their monthly statement later in the month. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this improvement to our billing process.
